My ancestors were familiar with these large featherbeds more than 100 years ago, as well as with the art of collecting feathers and down and preparing them during the long winter evenings. I was fortunate enough to grow up with this kind of bedding, which has almost disappeared over time, except through the work of a few craftspeople in Europe and companies such as yours. Of course, you may have to wrestle with it for a few minutes, unless—and this is a useful trick—you turn the storage bag inside out and pull it over the featherbed as you would a duvet cover. Do the children want to play? Take it out again and let them enjoy their lively, bouncy adventures. A small accidental stain? Gently rub the outer fabric with a little soapy water and leave it to dry: your featherbed is simply living its life. Has the fine weather arrived? Take it outside to air it. That is all it asks for: to be refreshed by the breeze. If you are feeling a little anxious or tense, place it inside a smaller duvet cover—yes, this is another useful trick; a Megafluff can also fit inside a smaller cover—and, if you are comfortable with the sensation and prepared for it, it can be used in a similar way to a weighted blanket. Simply lie underneath it and move your body and legs very gently. The feathers and down will surround you with softness and comfort. Even in summer! In that case, however, use it for only a few minutes to avoid becoming too warm. Of course, this is not a medical treatment, but simply a traditional tip passed down by our grandmothers! Its lifespan is impossible to determine, and nobody really knows why one featherbed lasts longer than another. They will know better than you how to repair, clean and restore your featherbed. The best duvets I’ve ever purchased!! So many times I’ve spent money on duvets that claimed to be lofty and fluffy that turned out to be quite thin and flat. I was worried I would have the same issue this time but Happy Fluffy Cloud surpassed my expectations!! I ordered 2 of the single megafluffy duvets, and I was accidentally sent 1 single megafluffy and 1 double midifluffy. Customer service immediately apologized for the mistake and sent me my second single megafluffy duvet along with a prepaid return shipping label for the double. My cats love them too!
